The Hydromechanical Engineering Ltd. Computerized Hydraulic Pumps Test Stand HEC-2510 is designed for testing large variety of hydraulic pumps, at high speeds and high pressures.

The Computerized Hydraulic Pumps Test Stand can test pumps of the most commonly used aircraft’s.

The Test Stand consists of a high quality stainless steel Hydraulic Cabinet and a 19 inch rack Electronic Control Console, with an industrial grade Pentium Computer, running under Windows.

HEC-2510 Technical Data:

    – Bi-directional, solid state electronic controlled.
    – Speed and power: Up to 7000 RPM, 125 HP.

  • Pressure: Up to 3000 PSI.

  • Flow: Up to 60 GPM.

  • Boost flow & pressure: 60 GPM at pressure up to 60 PSI.

  • Hydraulic Fluid: MIL-H-5606.

  • Filtration: 3 micron Abs. ?75.

  • Reservoir Capacity: 200 Gallons.

  • DC supply for UUT input: 0-32 VDC, 5 AMP.

  • Cooling System: Oil/water heat exchanger.

    -Speed and power: Up to 15,000 RPM, 25 HP.

  • Pressure: Up to 3000 PSI.

  • Flow: Up to 10 GPM.

he Test Stand includes Computerized Data. Acquisition System which provides:

  • Simplified operation by mouse point and click.

  • Test instructions are displayed on screen.

  • The computer automatically carries out the data acquisition.

  • Tests, results, with PASS/FAIL reporting, are displayed on screen and printed on the included color printer.

  • Historical test data review is readily accessible from historical test records saved on disk.
